Meet Lebo

Lebo has come a long way in a few short months!

“Lebo was just 3 years old when he came to us earlier this year, he was withdrawn and spoke no English at all” - is what Lebo’s teacher shared with us. Lebo came to our children’s boarding school from a home dealing with extreme poverty. Due to a difficult homelife and neglect, he was traumatized and behind in his development. But now, as he is experiencing love and security from our housemoms and teachers, this handsome young boy is making incredible progress. Watch this short video and be amazed at how far he has come in just a few months. 

Lebo’s story is one of many at our children's home. In South Africa, countless children feel hopeless. They live in extreme poverty, deal with horrific abuse, and have limited access to education.  

It breaks our heart, it breaks your heart, and it breaks God’s heart. 

That is why God has called us to rescue kids, offer shelter, and provide a biblically based education, resulting in 35 vulnerable children having access to a safe home, a record setting school, and an introduction to Jesus, giving them hope for today and eternity.

All that we do wouldn’t be possible without you. We will continue to grow only as we work together to meet the need. 

We all want to see more stories like Lebo’s. More children need to receive support and encouragement in a stable, loving environment, where they will be able to thrive and fulfill their God given purpose.
